Vitamin B

     Vitamin B or B are made up of eight different that are water soluble. Vitamin B has a vital role to play in cell metabolism. Earlier, people used to refer to B as a single vitamin, but research later proved that each vitamin under the B have distinct features and different uses.

     Vitamin B complex is a supplement in the form of a capsule or syrup that contains all the eight different B vitamins. It helps the body by ensuring proper metabolism functionality.  It also increases the metabolic rate.
